2. Requests and confirmation
Requests sent through the website, WhatsApp or email do not involve any charge. A booking is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation with date, time, vehicle and final price.
3. Prices
- Prices are per vehicle and per trip (except packages, which are shown per person).
- Rates are set in Peruvian soles; the US dollar price is a reference based on the exchange rate shown on the website.
- Tours include transport and driver. Entrance tickets, guides and meals are not included unless stated.
4. Punctuality and waiting time
Passengers must be ready at the agreed place and time. If a flight or train is delayed, let us know on WhatsApp so we can reschedule the pick-up. Long unannounced waits may affect the driver’s next services of the day.
5. Changes and cancellations
Date or time changes are free of charge subject to availability. Cancellation conditions for each service are given when the booking is confirmed.
6. Luggage and conduct
Luggage must fit the capacity of the chosen vehicle. For safety reasons, drivers may refuse to carry dangerous items or passengers who put the trip at risk.
7. Complaints book
We keep a Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones) in accordance with Peruvian consumer protection law. You can request it by writing to info@taxisencusco.com.
